An entry from Jaclyn’s childhood journal accurately predicted her future as a ‘deziner.’ After graduating with a degree in Merchandising, Apparel and Textiles, Jaclyn worked in visual merchandising at Anthropologie. When she realized that her design and styling interests extended far beyond store windows, she started Jaclyn Journey Weddings in 2010. She uses this same staging experience to set the scene for weddings – crafting unique, stand out spaces that compliment her clients, their history, traditions and interests.
Jaclyn is a old soul with a modern spirit.
Jaclyn and her husband Chris married in 2011 and have a son, Kit Thomas. Her passions include long dinners with friends and family, good wine, and traveling with her family.
Jaclyn and Amanda have worked together for over ten years in the field of design, melding their mutual love of texture, composition and old-world aesthetic with a fascination for color and statement-making design.
